Men who are healthy and varied food, have basically no supplements. Men with dark skin or insufficiently outside (less than fifteen minutes per day) do have the advice to 10 micrograms of supplemental vitamin D use per day. Men who lines, very much sports, medication or vegetarian food should pay extra attention to their diet. Men who smoke have a higher need for vitamin C, because more vitamin C is broken down in the body. A vitamin C supplement is required. But quitting smoking is obviously the best solution.
