Also, women with dark skin, women who wear a headscarf or not sufficiently come out (less than fifteen minutes a day) have extra vitamin D: 10 micrograms per day.
Women lines, lots of sports, medication or vegetarian food have to pay extra attention to their diet. Women who smoke have a higher need for vitamin C, because more vitamin C is broken down in the body.
A vitamin C supplement is desired, but quitting smoking is obviously the best solution.
