711 GLA 1000 mg
It is important that the ratio between the different types of unsaturated fat in the diet is in balance (for example, the balance between the omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids). GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) is an omega 6 fatty acid derived from the seeds of the evening primrose, the bora planted and blackcurrant. GLA is in the daily diet rare. The body itself can create this fatty acid from linoleic acid, which does occur in many foods, such as sunflower oil, corn oil and soybean oil, but also in butter and cooking fats. In some situations additional GLA is recommended to supplement the diet.
711 contains 1,000 mg of GLA borage oil per capsule.
1 x daily 1 capsule with a meal.
