The Guarana plant gets its name directly on an Indian tribe in South America, the Guarani. This nature prepares people today still stimulating drinks of this plant.
For this they use only the seeds, which they first burn and mash, then mix with water. The plant originates from Brazil, to be precise from the Amazon region. Caffeine is a very important component of this plant.
