L-Lysine is an amino acid. Lysine is common in avocado, fish, oats, legumes soups, black beans, mung beans and sprouts such as bean sprouts.
The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day unless otherwise advised. Preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in pregnancy (Swen) or breastfeeding.
