L-Tyrosine is an amino acid. There is much tyrosine in fish, nuts, seeds, beef, sauerkraut, dairy and grains.
The recommended dose is one capsule per day unless otherwise advised. Preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in pregnancy (Swen) or breastfeeding. Dry at room temperature, away from children. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
