B-complex group of interest for the nervous system
Contributes to the resistance to stress (folic acid). Helps with fatigue (vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin C) is good for memory, concentration and mood (vitamin B1, B3, B6, B12, biotin and vitamin C).
The recommended dose is one tablet per day unless otherwise advised. The maximum dose is two tablets per day. Preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. Contains niacin that shortly after taking an innocent red discoloration of the skin can give (flush). This disappears quickly. Dry at room temperature, away from children.
